darcs patch: update LANGUAGE pragmas per annoying warnings

I get compilation errors when I try to build with 6.8.2 so I'm not
going to apply the patch. Perhaps GHC 6.8.2 doesn't recognize
ScopedTypeVariables and thus ignores it?
