 Say we have a function:

 {{{
 -- | Extract all 'Item's from given 'Data'
 foo :: Data -> [Item]
 foo = undefined
 }}}

 Then we probably want a link {{{<a href="...#t%3AItem">Items</a>}}} in the
 html output of Haddock (notice the s in the link name).

 MediaWiki has a similar feature: {{{[[Item]]s}}} gives
 {{{<a href="/wiki/Item" title="Item">Items</a>}}}
