Done - the Portability box is now a table, not a cleverly styled dl list. It should now correctly layout in all browsers, and the text won't flow out of the box under any circumstances.

I also had to tweak the location of the TOC box by 0.5em because under some conditions (wide TOC, narrow portability box) the first line of documentation ran right up against the TOC top edge -- ick.

Ship it before my evil-twin makes me tweak it some more!!!
