That actually is how it was intended to operate. You can click anywhere in
the synopsis drawer to close it.
The drawer does sprout a horizontal scroll bar (look at the bottom) so you
can scroll to see all the definitions.
I'm open to better ideas on how to handle long types in the synopsis
drawer. The only other idea I can think of is letting them wrap, then use
hanging indent to keep them clear.
