 It would be useful to be able to ask haddock what interface version it
 supports, e.g.
 {{{
 $ haddock --compatible-interface-versions
 21 22
 }}}

 This would be similar to the existing {{{haddock --interface-version}}}.

 If you wait long enough I might submit a patch ;-)
