 No. This ticket is about allowing nested lists. Implementing this would
 not cover the use-case in the SO question: for that, we'd have to
 implement paragraph nesting. AFAIK, this isn't planned and there is no
 large demand for it while it would complicate parsing quite a bit so I
 don't think it will happen.
