 For instance, `base` defines the following two instances:

 instance Applicative (ST s) where
     pure = return
     (<*>) = ap

 instance Applicative (Lazy.ST s) where
     pure = return
     (<*>) = ap
 }}}

 However, in `--hoogle`'s output the `Lazy.` qualifier is dropped,
 resulting in

 instance Applicative (ST s)
 }}}
