iteratee [PATCH] Iteratee.Binary: add endianRead8

Hi Conrad,

Thanks for this.  Applied and pushed.  I uploaded a new version to
Hackage too, which has this and some performance improvements
(particularly for the "group" function), as well as the new
Data.Iteratee.Parallel module.
