could you do a language-c release that uses 7.8 compat happy and alex?

i used a hackily built version of darcs head
cd language-c ; git init ; ../../darcs/dist/build/Darcs/darcs convert
--export | git fast-import ; # then some cleanup on repo state
i don't think theres a sane way to do bidirectional patch synching
though... unless you're applying patches by hand
