GTKSourceView 2 for windows

Oops,

I accidently posted the wrong link earlier. You'll need the dev-version to get the static library file.

The right archive with libgtksourceview-2.0.dll.a in is found at http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/gnome/binaries/win32/gtksourceview/2.6/gtksourceview-dev-2.6.2.zip.
