I can't even get that far:

$ cabal install leksah
Resolving dependencies...
cabal: dependencies conflict: ghc-6.10.1.20090314 requires Cabal ==1.6.0.2
however
Cabal-1.6.0.2 was excluded because Cabal-1.6.0.1 was selected instead
Cabal-1.6.0.2 was excluded because leksah-0.4.3 requires Cabal ==1.6.0.1
