barebones Haskell NLP web site now up

Hi everybody,

Just a quick little announcement that the Haskell NLP community
website is now up

  http://projects.haskell.org/nlp/

It's extremely barebones for the moment, and if you have any ideas for
improving it, for example, with a nice CSS file, please darcs get that
URL and send patches our way.  Patches will appear on this mailing list.
